• To begin, open a web browser on your phone, tablet, or device and go to the LetsGetChecked activation page by typing letsgetchecked.com/activate into the address bar.
• You’ll need to type the activation code in the Test Alpha Code and Test Numerical Code fields once you’re on the LetsGetChecked activation page.
• You must click on Continue after you enter the codes in the appropriate fields. You’ll be taken to the next tab.
• You will be asked to enter the one-time activation code. You would need to insert two codes: Test Alpha Code (6 letter alpha code) and Test Numerical Code (12-digit code). Now find these codes within your test box or just search the QR code.
• To proceed, click the “Continue” button.

• The Contact information/address screen will appear next. 
• On the phone number confirmation page, you will be asked to enter your cell phone number. Verify the validity of your cell phone. On this number, you will get results. To obtain a code, choose the “Send Verification Code” method.
• This should be a 6-digit code sent to you via text message. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, press the “Resend” button.
• If you don’t have a cell phone or telephone number, your home phone number would work.
• After inserting the code here, click “Submit Code.” (Note: If you entered the house phone number, you can skip this step.)
• Test-related responses, such as medical records, address specific conditions, and so on, must be given so that the medical staff can determine the findings based on the information you’ve provided.
• Next, pick a date and time for the sample. Choose your test day, from Monday to Thursday morning before 10 am, if you have to take blood samples. This will assist you in avoiding delivery delays, which are common during the weekend. Another reason to schedule the test between Monday and Thursday is to avoid clotting of your blood sample.
• Your test has now been activated.

You must insert the characters written next to the Numerical Code in the appropriate area on the activation tab. This code can also be found on the Patient Kit ID Card that you got with the kit. Be sure to double-check the code before entering it into the appropriate field on your activation page. It is also worth noting that you would not need to type the dashes or “LGC” in the prompted area. Simply enter the number and proceed with the activation procedure.

How to Troubleshoot Sign-In and Activation Issues

Are you unable to reach your account due to technical difficulties? There is nothing to worry about. Allow us to walk you through the following useful facts –

• When you use Google Pay or Apple Pay to position your order, you will be unable to reach your account the next time you apply. Why? Your order is placed using a guest account, which you cannot access no matter how hard you try.
